Your new EnergyHosting Dedicated Server will be ready to go the minute you receive your welcome email. We can install all the software necessary for you to run a powerful web and application server. The software that can be installed on your server by request for free is: Linux or FreeBSD, Apache HTTP Server, PHP, MySQL, Perl, Sendmail, BIND, ProFTPd, Qpopper, Webmin, GCC C Compiler, and other standard software.
:::: Extra Info
You will have full root access to your server. Your server will have a control panel installed to allow you to easily add/edit users, domains, emails and many other settings. We will be happy to help you move your websites from another host, there is no extra charge and it is done without any downtime.
:::: IP Addresses
Each dedicated server packages includes eight IP addresses. Additional IP addresses may be requested in blocks of 8 for no extra charge. We place no limit on the number of IP's that you are allowed, as long as they are justified.
:::: Network
You can rest assured that your dedicated server will be on a reliable network. Our network currently consists of 7 lines into major backbone providers, these lines are running Border Gateway Routing Protocol (BGP) to ensure that your traffic is always taking the fastest route. In the event that one of the lines goes down, our system will load balance the traffic to the remaining lines. This helps ensure that the connection to your server is lightning quick, and always up.
